So I've been going out with this girl for about 3 weeks now. I always wondered what she did for money since she never talked about her job, but I assumed maybe she was looking for one since she just moved back to Chicago about a month ago. Anyways, she is often unavailable when I try to call, but I figured she was either sleep like she usually said (and she does sleep like a rock, I've witnessed) or had a boyfriend that I didn't know about. I had pretty much made up my mind that she either had a boyfriend or at least some other guy besides me. This was fine by me because I'm still talking to some other girls, but she has been the main one I talk to and spend time with.

So she tells me last week that she has some secret that she's scared to tell me. At that point I immediately assumed she had AIDS or somethin and I would have to kill her (even though I always wear my rain coat). But no, she began to describe what she does and I had it narrowed down to stripper or hooker. I was relieved when it was stripper. She didn't tell me where and I didn't ask. I don't think I really wanna know.

So what do you guys think? Advice? Observations? Jokes? (I'm sure they're coming )

I still plan on seeing her, just like before. I actually feel better now knowing that she's not having sex with some other dude, but she's getting naked (I assume all the way) for a couple hundred guys during the week. Its wierd to think about, but she says she doesn't do anything with her customers and I'll take her word on it since she does spend most of her free time with me. Aside from her out of the ordinary occupation, she's a great girl and I genuinely enjoy my time with her.

And no, I don't know her stripper name, but I kinda wanna know so I can call her by it

3. take her for what shes worth to you. i wouldnt date a stripper with my jealousy issues, but is you like chillen with her, and she does good in bed, keep her around.
4. most strippers give lap dances, which ive seen lead to more. but not all strippers sleep with the customers. i'd be pretty nervous bout that.

i wouldn't worry about her doing anything with the customers, many places have rules about how close to a "performer" the customers can get, if they so much as try to touch one the bouncers throw them out and they're barred. it's just a matter of trust, as long as you trust her in what she tell you you'll be fine. (well, as long as she isn't doing anything with anyone else)

personally the thought of other guys looking at my girlfreind in such a way isn't to my liking. i often get very protective over those i'm close to, and those i'm with at a given time.

i don't think there's anything wrong with it, as long as she's on the good side of the law, and the good side of moral life there's no problem in my eyes. but if she's potentially your girl then it's your opinion over everyone else's.

The idea of guys lookin at her like that doesn't appeal to me at all. I'm usually very protective, borderline jealous when guys look at my girl. Thats why its best that I don't know where she works and that I NEVER go there.

I wanna ask her about the rules about touching at her place, but at the same time I don't wanna bring up the subject in general. I can tell it was pretty hard for her to tell me. She seems very embarassed about the whole thing but I do appreciate her honesty. She couldn've kept me in the dark forever and I wouldn't have pressed the issue, but at the same time I would always be curious and have less trust in what she was doing when I wasn't around.

some dancers are genuinely nice girls. I became really friendly with a philipino girl back in Buffalo who was a professional dancer back home in Long Island. I understand how its wierd to have someone you know and like take their clothes off for other people, but think of it this way...
- Guy's will be undressing her with their eyes anyway, and she won't be getting money for that.
- She's not sleeping with anyone else
- She's fucking amazing in bed... or the couch... or kitchen... or public pool
- lastly, dancers have an interesting take on life. my friend was always extremely optimistic and upbeat, always fun to chill with around the guys, etc. I'm sure this girl you like is very interesting and has an addicting personality that you can't get enough of.

She's not really a toy per se. I don't really talk much to the other girls anymore and haven't seen much of them either. I actually told her about my situation with the other girls when she told me her little secret. Kind of a "come clean" session. She was cool with it for the most part. She knows she's not my official girlfriend, but at the same time with the relationship we have now she expects me not to be messing with any other girls just like I expect her not to be going home with the guys at the club. So I don't know what that makes us... hmmm

thats a decision you have to figure out urself, as her too... if you want a relationship, you have to be prepared for the jealousy and reality of the situation. people usually dont change for other people, so be prepared to take her "as-is"
