2002 Venture battery light flashes on/off

While driving for 20 minutes on a 5-hour drive, the battery light would flash on then off intermittently. Took car to dealer who first thought it was a sign of alternator problems, but after they did their inspection they said they found no problem. Anyone have a similar problem?

wife's van is doing the same thing and it has gotten progressively worse for about 9 months now.just had alternator checked and is ok, swapped battery, same prob, checked charging wire from alt to strter to batt and visually looks ok. if i figure it out, i'll post it...was wondering if you've found a fix yet?

If you do find a solution, please start a new thread with the answer(s). AF frowns upon the resurrection of old threads. It's in the user guidelines. Also, I wouldn't expect a reply from the original poster about finding a fix, because their last activity on this site was the day they posted that thread, almost one year ago. Thread closed.
