Revell 69 Charger R/T

It's the Pro-Modeller kit pretty much out of the box except for :
Custom rims from Revell California Wheels 67 Chevelle kit (thanks to Tigeraid & Tonioseven for helping me out with the rims - top men !). The motor is a combination of the stock 440 with the induction cowl from the AMT Chrysler 300C & I took a few liberties with the suspension to get in down in the weeds. Colour is Honda Nighthawk Black.

Thanks for looking
Andy

Re: Revell 69 Charger R/T

Very nicely finished, I like the black too. I've got this one to do but I don't think mine will be as low! Hope it doesn't encounter any speed humps or need to be jacked up!

Great work as usual Andy. Paint is perfect and the stance is awesome! I really like the engine cover, looks really cool!

Re: Revell 69 Charger R/T

so I'm guessing you've had that kit for quite some time? that looks to be the release that had the wrong roof. it isn't tall enough. R/M re-released the corrected kit in the kit with the "blue car" box art. I love the way that turned out, that has got to be the coolest charger of all time!!!!!!! that hemi in there is just sweet!!

great job!!!

Stunning build! Probably the first time for me that I actually liked such shiney wheels on a model - they go with that body and color like a horse and carriage

Congratulations on another outstanding addition to your collection :woshippy

Hi Andy,

absolutely stunning model. Perfect paintjob and nice choice for the wheels.
I like that engine cover, too.

Re: Revell 69 Charger R/T

Pure automotive porn. Very nicely done, slammed, slick paint and shiney bits.
