there are no superchargers as of yet, but over at www.b15sentra.net there is a guy named Travis who can build a custom turbo for you, he posts as Trav4011. Congrats on the purchase, btw what color did u get?

I think what he meant was it would be too easy to speed, resulting in many tickets. Also, if you could get cams for your car that would be a good mod, but unfortunately they dont make cams for any of the 00+ sentras. If you have the money I would recommend going turbo, just check out

in case you didn't know, the sr20de is the engine in the se and the qr25de is your engine

Sorry, I've never installed a turbo kit, nor to I have the slightest clue how to do it. It would be best to leave that to the professionals, but it will probably cost a bit to do so. With 200whp and the weight of the spec, you should be able to hit low 14's, but it all depends on the driver. Just go around and check other cars times, anything above a 14.1-2 you should be able to beat with that setup, this would include s2000, mustang gt 5-spd, 2k2 maxima se 6-spd, etc. I could be very wrong, but this is my guess. You should ask Travis, he knows a helluva lot more than I do and could give you much more accurate info on the install and the times you will be able to run

i think those new spec-v sentra's are some of the nicest cars you can get for the money. i have a 5speed 1995 maxima se with a stillen cat-back exhaust and a weapon-R carbon fiber hyper intake. i raced a spec v and was very surprised by how well it kept up. up to 90-100mph it was right on my side after 4th gear the car got smoked. the only downside to it is how early it redlines. 6200 is way too low for a 4 cylinder. if it redlined at the same as a gsr(8600) it'd be a bullet. my maxima redlines at 6600 and it's a 6 cylinder.
