New Owner - Looking for seats & Questions

Hi All,

I just purchased a certified 2002 Z3 Roadster 3.0 Steptronic in Los Angeles. It came with very hard plain pleather seats, which I think may be aftermarket - but were electric so am confused. Anyway, I am looking for new or used mint seats for this car. ANyone out there with any - or does anyone know of great aftermarket seats made for the Z3.

Questions:

I am experiencing a squeel that seems to be coming from under the dash around the steering column. It starts once I hit about 78-81 mph. Sometimes loud, sometimes soft and sometimes not at all. Has anyone experienced this?

Last, the car is very powerful and high revving - except when I hit about 6o-65 mph where is seems to bog down a little. It could be going into 5th at this point, but was wondering if anyone had any insight into this.
