keep the 325CI or go for the Hemi Ram Daytona..check em out
I'm in this damn dilema....2002 325CI with 36k on it and owe 16,500 or go with a 2005 Hemi ram daytona edition with only 9k miles and warranty...yes 2 different vehicles each with their own pros and cons...but Ram much cheaper for parts...Bimmers killin me even though I have extended warranty..check out the pics of my current ride here

If I was in your position I would go with the Ram. It's a bad ass looking truck and for me the only would con be gas mileage. But I would take the Ram. I don't think it'll be much slower than the BMW it actually might be faster.

Your BMW is having reliability problems? That's strange...their reliability is supposed to be flawless...
Regardless, I'd rather have a 3-Series than a truck any day...but I don't really like trucks. So I'm not much help.

How big are the problems? If they're mechanical, ditch it, you've bought a shitter that's unlikely to put itself right, if they're just trivial things, then it's hardly going to be a burden.

^ lol, i agree. if i was to buy a truck it would be a nice 4wd offroader like a tacoma or something. i would never own the daytona ram, its like a truck thats trying to be something it cant(sports car). keep the bimmer. plus the ram wont treat you much better reliability wise.

The only reason you should take a truck over a BMW Coupe is that you need to move large things from one location to another. If you are seriously considering this then maybe you shouldn't have a BMW, but you are forgiven for your good taste in wheels.
Have you ever driven a large truck? They kinda suck, especially compared to a BMW.

I agree that BMWs are cool but since when are BMW's known as problem free? Everyone I have ever known that has owned one has had it in the shop with electrical glitches all the time. That said, I would still rather a BMW than a gigantic lumbering truck.
