old wips finished....r34 skyline and jdm integra lots of pics

hey guys..these 2 kits ive had in the works for about ohhh 8 years... and i've just never gotten around to finishing them...well here they are..the first is a tamiya r34 skyline painted in basic true blue pearl airbrushed and thinned with laquer thinner(helped out some) its bone stock and I still need to put the top portion of the rear spoiler on. The second kit is a fujimi integra type r model that came with a really huge add on wing and the cool bronze tinted glass..this one is tamiya light gunmetal sprayed with some polish(really brought some life to the paint) and it is lowered on a set of spoon wheels... they aren't the greatest but hey at least they are finished...

mmm me like me like. Both builds are sweet, did you paint the clear plastic or the light itself on the body of the teggy? (the fog, turn signal)? Also what color is the fog, clear yellow?

ahhh i am building two R34 as well. top secret n v-spec II.
btw which brand of true blue peral did u use? and color on the rim? i would like to know =)

thanks guys...the paint on the skyline is testors enamel true blue pearl in the colors by boyd line...only I used duplicolor primer and thinned the paint and clear(decanted from spray can) with laquer thinner, it flowed a little better and dried a little faster than usual. As for the color on the wheels its testors metalizer titanium spray with semi gloss clear... on the integra the amber was tamiya clear orange brushed over silver on the body and the yellow for the fogs is tamiya clear yellow over silver as well. Hope this helps
