wrong primer
im goin to paint my car white and i used grey primer is it goin to effect it like really bad i really wanted to paint it and couldnt find n e white primer so i used grey if i put enough white coat will it look white still? thnx im still kinda new at this

I guess it'd look white but not pure white... and too many coats of paint will bury the detail.

If you live near a PEP Boys auto parts store or a Wal-Mart, those places sell white primer.

It is possible to get a pure white with gray primer, but even with 3 coats of paint you may find trouble in the angles.
Better thing to do (in my idea) is to find some white primer and give it one (max two) light coats and then apply the 3 coats of TS-26. |
