Negotiation on a WRX
I recently came across a 2002 WRX with 71,000miles on it for $13,000. I'm thinkin thats not bad, so i do a carfax and it turns out this car was stolen 2 times been in a accident with a bicycle and had two repairs done due to a manufacture recall. This dude has a carbon fiber hood on it so, i'm thinkin of asking this dude to take off the cb hood and ask him to sell it for $11,000. Is that too much to ask? Shit, this car was stolen twice in about 5 month span, but it still has a clean title. Anyway is there any way to nail this guy for $11,000?

I would stay away from it. Sounds like you have no way of actually telling what damage has been done to the transmission or engine, especially with a carfax like that.
