A Day At The Races

well im not the offical sponsor for this event but i've dug as deep as i can to get details on it so heres what i know
in lodi CALIFORNIA
OCTOBER 7th a lodi airstrip is opening up for a day for a carshow/raceday.

for twenty dollars per entry, both you and your car can come out and either show off, or race, or both if you would like. its an all day event from 7am to 7pm the only rules are, the car must meet CALOSHA traffic laws i.e. seat belts brake lgihts head lights and the such. any and every type of car is welcome. and you have to wear a helmet. after speaking with the guy who is running the event its pretty clear that he's tryin hard to get this to go well. and depending on how big this day is, he will try and get the airstrip open for racing. if you have any questions PM me and ill see if i can answer them. but this is gonna be really big and the more people we get out there the more chance we have to get the strip open for longer than just a day...

o ps. the guy who is running the event is also taking reservations for spots in the show and race. you can reserve ten spots for $200 but if you get ten people with cars its only twenty a person. i dont know where the money is to be sent but for those of you who are in clubs its perfect to get your names out there. so ya get the word out and come out and have a good time

Yeah... but what does that have to do with the Supra or Rx-7?

Ah, SL was saying the RX-7 wasn't the one at Race Wars, but that the Supra was. I was just pointing out to him that my reference was not incorrect.

ok now that we've had enough of the FandF refrences i talked to the guy running this thing today and from what he said, there are gonna be somehwere between 2500 and 3000 cars out there so its gonna be one hell of a day
