silencer to the airbox...
hey guys...
just the other day i removed that annoying sound robbing silencer that connects to the airbox and my spec sounds totally great now. my question is, i know that with any other aftermarket intake a bypass valve is a must becazuse it'll keep water and shit out of the engine...but with removing this part also (i mean it goes back on as easily as it comes off) do i run the same risk with the water? thanks a lot. oh yeah, my spec is white and i finally removed the hamburger and grills and painted them white. it looks hot! |

Only if the front of your car is totally submerged to the hood in water! The air inlet is too high up. |
