BBC NEWS on Bush Admin and the Clinton plan
maybe it was due to the fact they are conservatives and have a policy of non involvement in the middle east

Hind sight makes things seem so clear. However, I know the political parties dont like each other, but nobody would put lives on the line over that dislike.

Well, the Sudanise Government offered to hand Bin Laden over to Clinton. he turned them down because he didn't want to get involved. And this was AFTER Bin Laden was linked to the first Word trade Center attack.

I think it was in 1994, while Clinton was President, a group with ties to Bin Laden set off a bomb(s) in the parking garage of the World Trade Centers. That was the first attack against it. The cowardly act performed on Sept. 11 was the second attack. Apparently, Clinton felt it would be in our best intrest to blow up an asprin factory in Afghanistan instead of taking Bin Laden.

so americas past is littered with doubts and misguidance in tryin to stop bin laden obviously ignoring him or showing strength didn't work so we should go whoop his ass............ which it be whooped
