Bumper Replacement

Hey Guys,
I want to replace the front bumper cover on my 98 Century Custom. I was wondering if I could get some advice/instructions from anybody. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jake

Re: Bumper Replacement

Welcome to AF.

Removing the bumper cover is easy. Remove the headlamps. At front of the car center forward of the radiator you will see the plastic header panel. The top and bottom of the cover is retained by a bunch of push/pin plastic clips. All of them must be removed. The biggest step is removing the forward inner fender splash guards so the best thing to do is jack up the front end and remove the wheels. This has to be removed to get at the two or three bolts that hold the cover to the front fenders. The bottom of the cover will have several metric screws that need to be removed. Thats is all I think of off the top of my head.
