Question Alero headlight adjustmen

you guys have helped me in the past so I thought I would try again. I had to replace my headlights on my 01 Alero 2.4 and now it seems that the beams don't look right. I tried to adjust them but I think I made it worse. I bought the silverstars. What I want to know is does anyone know what the specs are for adjusting the head lights. I know that you park the car x distance from a wall and then place tape on the wall at x heigth and all that. What are the numbers? How far from the wall? How high on the wall? How far apart should the beams be? How far off center should the beams be? If anyone could help i would appreciate it. Thanks

Re: Alero headlight adjustmen

For hit and miss or manual visual headlight alignment 25 feet is the magic number. Try the procedure in the link below:

Re: Alero headlight adjustmen

Thank you very much. That is exactly what I needed. Now all I have to do is find a level place where I can park 25' from a wall at night. Thank you again.
