HELP PLEASE! Installing clutch

I'm having a tough time finding all the torque specifications, and things like that. I have an '89 CRX si, and will be installing the 90-newer clutch/flywheel. The clutch is an exedy race clutch (full face organic), and a fidanza aluminum flywheel.
This is the fist time I've ever done a clutch, and the first time my friend has installed a Honda clutch (well, he did an acura once too, but he does have experience with other types of car)

Any other pertinent information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check out this site: http://www.quickhonda.net/index2.htm click on garage, and there's a bunch of manuals and stuff you can read through, even an online Helms manual for a 2nd gen CRX. BTW, good luck, I've heard replacing clutches is a bitch to do.

UPDATE

Thanks for the info, all went well. I found all the numbers that I needed, so no problems. It took about 4.5 hours total, and that included a trip to the parts store to pick up some new axles (I figured I may as well cause the ones I have are starting to click).

It was definitely a bitch, but nothing really horrible. it would have taken me forever if I would have done it myself.
