92-95 civic sir or type r conversion help

I want to do a SiR or Type R conversion to my honda civic si. But i dont know much about it. I know that pistons are different and thats about all. I would like to know about the other internals and engine differences and also interior and exterior differences. I would appreciate it if you would give me a good JDM website and just genneral help, im pretty new to the coversions so please bear with me.Does anyone know the performance differences?
