Talking Selling my 3000gt, Ime buyin a civic or integra I need some help from the pro's here!

Ok Ime interested in the B16A2 Engine from http://infinitemotorsports.net says it comes with everything so does the B22A but Ive herd that the B22A does not fit in good and if it does its gonna fuk up yer car so Ime leaning towards the B16A2. Says at the website that comes with everything which is good. Ime not sure if Ime going to need a mount kit for this engine. I also am building this from nothing. I have not visited a junkyard yet but will they have cars without engines like civic's and 96+ integra bodys, I have no idea how much they go for. Also Ime tryin to stay under 7k building my car. Was wondering if the advanced users can help me here. I have no idea how much a body of a car would be, if I'll need a mount kit and if the B16A2 is better than the B22A.
This is a list I have created, like I said before Ime just gonna get a body of a car( I think), I know I need suspension ect. I dont know all the items so I need you guys to please help me with priceing my car and for you guys to add to my list please. Here it is:
