Prelude ??? clutch???

I have a friend that has a 1988 Prelude Si, he had the clutch insatlled by the dealer and he still has problems with it. It will work fine for the first 5-10min when is cold and then when it gets hot and you put it in gear and it seems like it has no power, and it will barelly go. I have no idea what it could be. This is his second clutch and pressure plate. Please help. Thanks Stefan525.

either a bum clutch, or it may need to be readjusted when it is hot, might not be engaging with full pressure

Well, it is a brand new clutch and the first one was done by honda dealer and it still did the same thing. And is hydraulic so there is nothing to adjust, unless there is something I don't know about. Anyway if there is anything else you guys can tell me I would verry much appreciate that. Thanks so much. stefan525

Might be

Check the clutch pedal and also the outter box to see if there is any signs of fluid leaking. You may also have a bum master and slave cylinder. I recently replaced both of mine and the clutch was still slipping it only needed a little more adjustment.
