Blinkers,Wipers,HBeams, None Work

I think it's all burnt fuses. The high beams and blinker worked when I first got the car which was a year ago. I have no clue which fuses need to be replaced but I don't think it's because of some bad light bulbs, or (can't come up with an excuse for the windshield wipers). Can anyone point me in the right direction? I need to get this all working ASAP to get inspected this week.

Does it keep burning out the fuses? I would be looking for a short somewhere.

Funny thing is, the hazards work perfectly, the blinkers and the lights. The horn works too. That means the lever of the steering wheel, which includes the flashers, the windshield wiper and spray, all of that has gone bad.

I can't explain what happened to the high beams yet. The switch for them doesn't do anything.

Re: Blinkers,Wipers,HBeams, None Work

Here's the update, I had the car's power off, now the here's what works, the right flasher works slower than the hazards, the left flasher turns the bulbs on but doesn't work. The wipers work but i'm having a hard time turning them on.

No high beams yet.

Those levers tend to go bad alot, more so on third gens than fourth gens. Only advice I could give is to either go to a junkyard and find another one, or go on eBay and try to find another one.
