Re: jeep lift
the 33's should fit if its atleast a 3 inch lift like you say but you have to account for heavy thing like whether you have a hard top or heavy bumpers ... but yeah if it did raise it 3 inches then you should be fine... probably a little rub while turning at max turn .... other than that the oil pressure should read a little over half sorry i cant remember the numbers exactly

Re: jeep lift
Lots of discussion about lift and tires is here:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=387657 As far as oil pressure, mine runs about 40 (center of gauge) at idle and about 55psi on the road, 2000 4.0 with 90K. On our 2004 2.4 Liter, it's about the same.

Re: jeep lift
If you have the original springs on that 95, you should re-consider going with the add-a-leaf. I don't think there is anyway you'll actually see a 3 inch lift with an add-a-leaf kit on springs that are 11 years old.
And I think you're pushing it with 33 inch tires with a 3" lift. If you're going to wheel it, you'll have some significant rubbing. You'd be much netter off going with a 4 inch lift to handle those tires. |

Re: jeep lift
I've never owned a Jeep with leaf springs, but can't you relocate the axle to underneath the spring instead of over to get a good amount of lift... then some small leaf lift? I think I saw that on SpikeTV.

Re: jeep lift
That's a spring over axle kit and it is not for the less initiated to attempt. There are a number of complications which usually arrise and need to be worked out!
