GTP vs. some sort of import?
Can anyone tell what the other car is? It ran a 14.5 in the vid:

it's kinda too small to be a matrix, and plus, it doesn't have to be just turbo to run in the 14s, they had to do more than just a turbo upgrade.

I wanted to say pt cruiser gt because with mods a turbo could get down in 14.5. By the position of the side marker however I'm going to say 05' civic si (although it would take a bit of modification for a 14.5.
Edit: upon further analysis of the taillights I'd say this is your culprit. The position of the side markers in front and taillights being up high led me to this. It would agin take a bit of work for a 14.5 I would think.  Ford Focus SVT

The one in the left lane kinda looks like a Prelude from the taillights. Can't really make it out though.
