Question adjusting torsion bars?

anybody know how to adjust the torsion bar to lower the front end?
secondly, does anybody have a spare passenger side fender?

On the left side of this picture, you can see one of the two 17mm height adjustment nuts. Loosening them will lower the front. Since this causes no increase in spring rate, going too low can cause the struts to bottom out on bumps.

Re: adjusting torsion bars?

the shocks won't actually bottom out. there is a bump stop incorporated inside the shock to help it in longevity. it is extremely annoying but won't tear anything up <<< experienced it with an 86 si lowered 2 1/2 " up front
