My 1st project.. (Pls ignore the last post..)

Sorrie abt my last post... the pics are too big...

This is an edited version... sorry abt the inconvenience.. ;P

Started on my 1st project... hope everything goes well.. It's my 1st trial with putty and brush painting... Hope that everything is going as planned.

It's a Celica GT4.. It is going to be black with 18' Zeit R wheels.

So far, I have finished the interior and first few coats of primer.

It's my humble piece of work...
The pics show fillin up of holes, and the interior...

Pls feel free to comment!! Thanks.

Explanation on pics

The pic shows the body unpainted, unprimed. It's moded in black.

Basically in the 1st pic, what I did was filling up the gaps between the different parts.

In the 2nd pic, what I did was filling up the hole for the left steering pump. This kit came with the option for left or right hand drive. I opt for the right hand drive, so I have to patch up the hole on the left.

The rest of the pic are pic of the 90% completed interior. I intend to add carpet for the car... perhaps velvet cloth will be good...

That's all for now... mabbe I will post some pics on the primed body later..

Thanks for the comments..

Updated Pics

Here's some pics of the completed engine and some parts of the suspension.

Pics of the completed Engine.

Pics of the suspension components. Note that the brake disc has to be shaved, as fitting of the wheel is not possible without mod. Coils n calipers are painted red to give a "tuned" look... :P

The inner part of the wheel has to be cut. Wheels will not be rotatable when completed. ;(

Pls comment...

Great looking car, love the wheels

Personally I think they make it sit a little too high, but then again there's no wheel gap

Nice looking shine you'ev gotten on the paint finish
