Ferrari 355GTS

A replica of a good friend's car for his collection. It's 1/43rd scale. Modena yellow. Looks more like fly yellow in the pics, but it's not in person. Pretty quick build, only a week and a day, start to finish. Had to change a couple minor light details to Americanize it.
I was out driving it Saturday, you know for reference... yeah, to build the model, that's it... - Mark

Re: Ferrari 355GTS

I agree: it's so clean that it's seem bigger: great.

Re: Ferrari 355GTS

Thanks everyone. It's an old BBR kit, not too many around anymore I understand.
Good proportions, but their newer kits have more detail goodies in them. The resin is very hard and brittle. Not too bad once you get used to it, you use CA for filler and it's about the same hardness. Don't drop the body though, it could shatter, or fracture at the very least... - Mark

Re: Ferrari 355GTS

No way that is 1/43rd, its just too sharp! Brilliant as usual, even better to take the real thing out on the road for some research.
