help on drum to disc brakes

ok, i got the whole rear set up off a 91 crx si. trailing arms, new calipers, rotors, pads, stabilizer, and shocks. i need to know if this will fit my 91 civic hb? also i need to know if i have to get brake lines for the rear or will the ones on the drums just hook up to the discs?

my other question is what e brake cable do i need?

thanks!

You might as well upgrade to stainless steel braided lines.
