Looks like a complete rip off to me.

1. That thing is made of plastic. I have a T3 that puts out 12-14 PSI, there is no way that that thing can handle that much air without blowing the housing apart.

2. It looks like a turbo replacer. You would still need to buy all the other necessary parts as if it were any other turbo for it to work.

3. "Don't bother with Greddy or Garrett." In other words, don't buy quality items? I would much rather trust my turbo charging needs to Garrett.

4. He also says, "Does a turbo over heating your engine keep you up at night?" "Well, this kit runs cooler than those old-fashioned turbos with intercoolers." Well first, turbos that run intercooled run a lot more boost that you could with that thing, and if they weren't intercooled, overheating would be a problem.

5. If you ran more than 6PSI on most engines you would have to replace the cam, crank, head, head gasket, pistons, sleeves, rods, and all that crap with forged ones.

This guy is an arrogant ignorant idiot. I wouldn’t buy from him, he knows jack shit about turbos.

Thumbs down

Looks completely useless to me. I would go garrett before anything else, especially some bilge pump from a boat. Make sure to read the second ebay link in that other thread.

Dude, this is the second post on that piece of crap Tonka toy turbo. It MIGHT put out 1psi, but that wouldn't even be an improvement on a lawnmower. Don't post it anymore.

Hmmm... an "electric turbo" or a pump for venting gases off a boat? Looks cheesy, get a real turbo and remember "you gotsta pay ta play".
My $.02
