The green car is a Talon, no plastic 1/24 yet
RX7 sports a Veilside kit, you can get that model from Aoshima

The green car is an Eclipse. Revell is supposed to come out with the black civic, the charger, and the eclipse. Complete with all decals.

For the RX-7, Aoshima has a RX-7 veilside kit, you would have to get the decals and rims if you wanted them to match.

Heres some links for the models.

i dont see how they could get away with using plastic bodies for this situation. it is a trademarked movie car... so they are probably making them metal body so that there isnt an easy way to modify them.

but, who cares... if you want the car to look like the one in the movie, then you shouldnt mind that the body is already prepared for you.

thats my take on it.

The three are diecast and the RX-7 is plastic.

I worked in a little shop and installed complete exhaust setups and air intakes for these little rich-pricks a bunch of times, so I definitely know the difference! Keep in mind I am located in Canada where Mitsubishi is very rare.

I am 110% sure that the car in F&F is an Eclipse. If you need help in distinguishing them, just look at where the white reverse lights are. On an Eclipse, they are white circles down on the bumper, but on a Talon its merged with the tail-light as little white squares.

personally thought it was a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 2.0 Turbo....if I am right that is the awd version?
the Talon is kinda different in the body, although they are fundamentally the same cars....I have freinds with both....
