2000 Accord V6 Oxygen Sensor

Does anyone know if the oxygen sensor on the 2000 Accord V6 gets replaced on one of the maintenance checkups, or if you just wait until it goes bad to replace it? If it's on the maintenance schedule, when does it get replaced? Also, is there just one of them, and where is it located? Thanks.

Re: 2000 Accord V6 Oxygen Sensor

There is only one and it's located on the top side of the catalytic converter. There is no point on the maintanence schedule to replace the O2 sensor, so you'll have to wait till it goes bad to do so. I've never seen a case where one went bad though.
