It's a sad day for me
After working with my Sigma zoom lens and having some problems, I finally looked at it. The aperture setting didn't not seem to be changing the light reading, but I thought nothing about it. Today, I took it off and tested the aperture ring. nothing happens, it's stuck at 2.8. This is my favorite lens that I have, and now I know it's not working. Hopefully it will be able to be fixed for a relatively affordable price.

The price to fix it will be close to what a new one costs. It ain't worth it.
I just had a Sigma go south on me.I bought a new Minolta factory lense on E-bay for what it would have cost to fix the Sigma. On another note-the glass in the Sigma's is inferior to factory stuff.
