Unhappy anyways to increase top end power?

just bought a 1999 eclipse GST, never loved a car soo much~ the t25 turbo may be a little small, but it provides great low to mid range power~ however, anyone that has driven a 2g gst/gsx knows that the power tends to drop off at the higher rpms~ does anyone have any ideas or mods they have done to increase top end power? (besides getting a new turbo, which would probably be the best idea)

The only other way is nitrous. You can make more peak power, but it will still come in at a mid range rpm. The best thing to do is to make as much power as possible on the t25 and just shift earlier. A larger exhaust and intercooler and intake pipes will fix any flow problems. The T25 was not made to make top end power, and there really isn't any way to change it. By the way, turbochargers.com has a good deal on t28s.
