My MAF sensor was on backwards
yeah i dont know if it was installed from factory or what .My 99 3.4 maf was on backwards .ha and there are arrows pointing direction of flow all over it .better check yours

I doubt it came from the factory that way. Are you the orginal owner? Maybe someone installed it backwards.
The flow arrow on the top of the black plastic part of the MAF sensor points in towards the throttle body. The electrical connector should be on the right hand side if properly installed towards firewall. No problem with mine.

yep its all good now.70,000 miles on it 1999 ..im not original owner ,i just didnt think anyone would have chnged it or takein it off for any air filter changes or anything .it was on backwards tho,
