well if you ask me... and you did... i would first tell you that you would get a better response to this in the civic forum.. and i'd move ya but ya need to know people to be a mod or something..
anyway start with your usual i/h/e, or you can get a chip..
or if you want some quick with fake hp, you can always work the flywheel... lose some weight, swap a b18c5 into it..
there is plenty you can do for hp.. but if you wanna keep it cheap then i/h/e is a good way to start..
