Does my car have a ubend too?? please read!

Hello, I have a 1996 supercharged buick riviera 3.8l 3800 series 2..I hear all you regal people talking about removeing the "ubend" for more preformance and sound...can I do that with my car?

None of the diagrams I have reviewed indicate that your car has a u-bend. You can look under your car at the exhaust just behind the converter and if the u-bend is there you will see it. It looks like the pipe is flattened and usually has an oxygen sensor attached to it. If you have one removing it will open up the exhaust for more power. If not then more free flow mufflers will help.

Not sure about the 1996 Regals but the '97 - '04 Regals have one.
