What size fuel pump for running a 50 shot?

I have a GSR hatch and currently have i/h/e, vafc, itr exhaust cam. I'm currently working on upgrading my fuel setup. I'm going to get a fuel pump, fuel rail, and fuel pressure regulator. What size fuel pump would be recommended?

I really don't think you'll need a new fuel pump for a 50 shot. My car is pushing almost 100HP more than stock and I haven't replaced even one of the fuel system components. It can't hurt to upgrade, though. Just make sure you get an adjustable regulator so you don't kill your gas mileage. Dumping too much fuel can affect your performance negatively. Enjoy and be safe...

I know they pretty much all do the same job. Any brands you recommend over the others? I think I saw one by AEM for $176.

I know there's a brand out with a German sounding name, but obviously I can't remember what it is (as usual). It's better than AEM and it also looks and costs more. I really can't recommend a specific product because I haven't used one, but I've heard lots of people say good things about the AEM products.
