those are my kind of cops!
Too bad that something stupid like a bystander getting hit, had to re-enforce the whole idea of streetracing being wreckless

well, street racing is reckless, and dangerous, and stupid. When you get into it you eather accept it or your lying to yourself.

it's not wreckless as long as you're responsible about it

your kidding me right?

The roads are -not- made for racing, nor are 90% of the cars raced.
Only way it could be responsable at all with street racing is in an industrial area, with people lining the road making sure noone gets in the way. Even then its still a hell of alot more dangerous/reckless than a track.

I'm not saying dont, i'm just saying if you play with fire know you may get burned.

by being responsible about it, i mean being aware of your surroundings......knowing people that might cross the street, etc.....and i usually do it at like 1 in the morning when there is no one around anyways

ok, yah, being smart about it makes it not reckless, still very dangerous, but not reckless.

unless youre racing by yourself then there is potential for accident. You may not be reckless, but tell that to the other guy you're racing against.

things happen, people may blink and they're right up on a pole.... and when you street race, unless your racing with just friends, i'm pretty sure there are gonna be fast and furious type people who want to watch and will do stupid stuff...
