Revell BMW Z8 - WIP
Hi everyone!
I had this project tucked away after I lost interest with it, I painted the body Halfords BMW Cosmos Black and cleared with Halfords clear. Once my polishing kit arrived I thought I would test it on the body I liked the results so much I am going to finish the kit. So far 80% is done it just needs to be put together. The Revell wheels are terrible so I got some Volk CE28E aftermarket wheels from Hiroboys site. After taking a look at them I saw that the brakes would be clearly visible throught the wheel and the Revell brakes are crap. So I need some help for a solution I thought of buying a brake kit but I am not confident in getting all the parts to mate together successfully. Has anyone got any tips for me? Re: Revell BMW Z8 - WIP
Most of the Fujimi wheel sets come with brakes.
Adapting the wheels and brakes to the Revell kit will require some work though. I wish there was an easy way to show or tell you what you will need to do but because the Revell kit suspension style seems to differ from one kit to the next so much I really can't.
