i've got a question

i'm not sure if this is the right place, but i was just viewing car domain when i came across this guy's page

where he spots out "rice"

his idea of rice is altezza tail lights and the like.

my girl has altezza's on her tiburon but of course she knows it doesn't make it faster, she just likes the looks...

i hate to say this, but i don't think this guy is accurate at all on rice and his ideas behind it. i don't think it's the car that is rice more than the person who drives it's ideas on what additions do what to a car.

of course it's late and i've been working straight 10 hour days for like 2 weeks straight, but.... i dunno, i just don't think that if you have a built mustang and you put altezza's on it someone has the right to call you a ricer.

thats too many pictures....i think my car would be classified as rice to him...i have altezza lights since they were cheaper than the OEM ones and looked better....imma get a pic of a great rice tho, its not really rice, but a stupid neighbor...save it for the pic tournament

I just went through a 1/4 of that page and took notice that A)The kid has an interest in rice. B) He has no life whatsoever. C) He has no sex life whatsoever. D) He lives in Rice capitol USA. I could go on, but truth be told, the kid kinda owned himself by devoting an entire page as long as that one on "Riced Out" cars. In plain simple terms...HE'S A FUDGE PACKING LOSER!!

If I was a member of that site, I'd probably tell him to get a life and stop looking around for ricers to get a cheap laugh here and there from everyone. Not like it's going to win him an award or anything...

but i guess i just was kinda hoping since i state i see a riced out car, i mean i see the ones where the guy has nos stickers on it (and has no naws) gigantoid wing on fwd car and states it helps with traction... stuff like that

Why are you worried about what that guy thinks? Just because he devotes a Cardomain page to pictures of cars he doesn't like that makes him an expert? Check out the paint job he did on the hood of his 240 -

Some people might think painting your hood that way is rice...

- and that hood flew up and broke apart while he was driving 40 mph. If you saw a video of someones CF hood flying up and hitting his windshield you'd think "what a stupid ricer", wouldn't you? (I would).

Seems more like he's just trying to boost his own ego by making that page. Making other people look bad in an effort to make yourself look good - there's some low self-esteem happening there.

(although I have to admit his car doesn't look bad - except the hood).

Some of those cars weren't even that ricey. Like the one of the Celica, all he said was that it had a large wing. That wing looked either stock or TRD.

Rice Capitol USA? haha, i actually live there, i know.

I never see that much in daytime driving, but weekend nights around my house watch out. Ricer's Paradise, I think Coolio even made a song about it...

Awwwwwww muffin! 10 hours a day...2 weeks?? you must be tired from working so gosh darn hard...

and Civ ill take B and C....hes definately been home alone way too often...needs to get out, meet some people...ill nominate you Civ...show him the town...teach him the life of drunk tanks
