Tutorial Request: Bare Metal Foil

Is there a tutorial for applying Bare Metal Foil on this site? I looked in the "Tutorials" thread and the "FAQ" thread and didn't see anything.

If there isn't one, maybe one of you gurus could put something together? From what I can gather, applying this stuff is tricky.

Also there is a good tutorial on the Bare Metal Co. home page.

For window trim, after you paint the model. For emblems, before you paint the model.

Please type properly, your method of abbreviation is unacceptable by AF standards.
