Theft code hacks on a salvage yard CD
I'm thinking about getting an OEM CD player for my '97 Blazer from a junk yard. The Bonehead... er, Boneyard guy doesn't have any paperwork for the unit.(I have the radio/cassette/equalizer unit from the factory-non theft code type).
The unit I'm looking at may have the theft code activated, and I don't want to pay a stealer/dealer $50.00 to unlock the code. Any Ideas?? Mike
