Your making absolutly no sense!
A B18c head on an LS block has two problems:
The CR can end up being pumped up to high, which can cause detonation on low octane fuel. (instant death for an engine)
And you have to get the block modfiedy to run an oil line to the VTEC solonoid.
Then there are other problems with durablity assciated with the weaker rod and piston design of the LS block, and the lack of oil squirters.
If you know what your doing and are completly rebuilding the engine from the ground up then these are things that can be over come.
But if you just want to slap a DOHC VTEC head on a non VTEC block then it will never be as relaible or run as well as a genuine B18c.
