Exclamation change light behind my temp gauge 99 gt

I was wondering how easy it is to change the bulb behind my temp gauge in my 99 gt. The temp gauge is by the rpm and odometer gauges. Do i have to take the whole front of the plastic off, or go underneath the dash to get to it. Any help would be great. Thanks greg.

You have to remove the plastic dash bezel and undo the instrument panel (IP). The lamps are AC Delco L194. Sylvania 194 and other equivalents work fine.

Here is a pic of the back of the IP. Bulbs are in the grey lampholders. Just twist and pull out.
