Exhaust manifold

I have a Primera exhaust manifold. I was wondering what the stock manifold on our Sr20de look like without the heat sheild on?
Does anyone have PICS of this? I already know about Egr and O2 fittings. Also I know i have to cut down my down pipe.

Also how much horse power will I get if I install the Primera exhaust mainfold? Will i get more hp if I grind out the lips inside the piping of the exhaust manifold?

How hp does Stillen and Hot shot Headers produce?

I think you need to go back and read Sport Compact Car's SR20DE header test.

I need to replace the manifold. Is the aftermarket (any suggested supplier?) better than OEM? Is there a problem with Nissan manifold? My 2000 Xterra has 110k miles and, after having clutch serviced, started to smell exhaust in the cabin. Brought it back and Nissan said several manifold bolts were broken and therefore I have to replace studs and manifold. Is it possible the studs were stressed/broken when doing clutch work? I am scheduled to replace next Thursday...any feedback would be appreciated. Andy
