Bluebird Exhaust manifold question

I bought a BB manifold and it doesn't have the EGR out. What should I do and would it trigger the ECU if I don't use it? What can I do?

i remember reading that for the BB, just plug up the EGR hole with a rubber patch.

Its not going to affect my low end? I read somewhere that the EGR opens on low throttle and closes at high throttle. This isn't going to affect anything?

i dont think it would hurt anything, all it does it recirculate exhaust gases back into your intake manifold. and if you think about it, your sending HOT air into your engine, which would probably affect it in a bad way.

it says it will set off the check engine light, but thats cause of emissions and all that shit.

EGR

Are you running a JWT ECU? If so, they can program the ecu to run without the EGR! If you must have EGR, the you can have someone weld a fitting from your stock manifold to the Turbo Manifold! I would say just get rid of the EGR completely and make a cover plate for the EGR port on the intake manifold!

If you get a JWT ECU he'll bypass the EGR and you won't get a light.

Maybe you guys can help me out some more here. Yesterday I sent in my turbo to be rebuilt with a new compressor wheel. Today I got a call saying they can't do it. The reason? The compressor wheel is not available here in the states (supposedly). I bought this turbo used with the manifold and heatshield. The guy I bought it from said it was from a Nissan Bluebird. The turbo place thought that it was a typical Z32 turbo but looked up the turbo number badge and it matches no car in the Garrett guide. Where do you think I can get a T25 A/R 80 wheel? Turbo model number 466075-2 Garrett. The place I went to is www.turbocity.com
