99 regal ls
i have 1999 regal LS and my headlights or high beams will not work the only lights that work are turn sig. and corner lamps. i checked the fuses and none are broken is there anything else to check, also check bulbs. can anyone help me figure this out because dont want to get stoped by the cops.

See if there is a relay for your head lights i am not sure if these cars have them but worth a try. good luck

Normally when you have low or high beam problems on a '97 and up Buick Regal it is the multifunction switch. The electrical contacts get carboned up or go bad or the spring loaded part is out of adjustment. From the output of the switch it is a direct shot to the lamps. There are no relays in between. Also, it may be caused by a lack of 12v from the ignition switch which can be checked with a mulitmeter after disassembly.
Here is an R&R procedure for the multi-function switch and turn signals. A lot if us have good luck by accessing and cleaning the switch. Replacement may or may not be necessary. http://www.clubgp.com/cgi-asp/mods.asp?modid=141
