Just like here, newbie don't read it

Anyway, on this page, you can calculate the shipping and be about 10% close to it.

im having some trouble with them ATM!

I ordered a model kit from there (IN STOCK at the time I ordered it)

Then I got my confermation, and it said FUTURE RELEASE on the item, then when I actually clicked the link to go to the said item, it said DISCONTINUED...

Re: HLJ help

Over the course of December, I had a lot of problems with them.
They took one large order I had, and for no apparent reason shipped it in 5 parts with one box only containing one kit and another two kits, one package was some photo etch pieces.
When I complained I got some long drawn out excuse about shipping policies and crap.
I have vowed never to order from them again.

Re: HLJ help

The shipping rates are the same whoever you use, it's always the Japan postal service. But I've noticed that Rainbow Ten puts extra effort in lowring the rate, compared to other shops.

When I ordered 3 kits from R10, they arrived in two small packets (max is 2.0kg each). One might think it'd be cheaper to combine into one package, but actually two packets turned out to be cheaper.

The other day I found a decent shipping simulator in five languages on Japan's postal service website. It shows all available rates on one page; much easier than flipping through several html pages.

Re: HLJ help

Rainbow10 will also do what they can to lower any customs / duty fees.
