New Jersey's new Slogan
Saw this when I logged onto AOL. Being a resident of NJ, I don't think it fits NJ, nor do any of the choices in the poll a quarter way down the page. I'm currently thinking of slogan for Jersey that I think fits....something that has to do that we are the most densely populated state in the US....

The current winning one is a bit too bland, yet it has that safe all around feeling that the polticans were looking for. If you look at other state slogans, you will see that the majority of them are bland anyway.

Personnally I like "NJ, Beyond your wildest expectations", or "NJ, Finely Packed" (represents its status as the most densely populated state) it is one of my favorites, or as a joke... "You Want A ##$%##! Motto? I Got Yer ##$%##! Motto Right Here!" (reference)

My dad's from Newark. He will never go back to there or any part of New Jersey. He hates it with a passion. They're slogan should be, New Jersey: Bring a Gun and watch your back.
