I was wondering what seats will fit a 4th gen Civic
I heard that Del Sol seats will also fit a Civic. I mean I'm ready for some new seats and I can get some Del Sol seats for not to much ca$h Anybody got any pics of the normal Del Sol seats, or the VTEC Del Sol seats???

Re: What seats will fit a 4th Gen ?
I've heard older Lude Seats fit in there. Also the 88+ CRX seats are Recaro seats if I'm not mistaken. They look like aftermarket seats. I'm not sure with teh del sol seats fitting in there. I only have pics of silver del sol seats, if you want to see them I can give you a link to them.

I think the del sol seats will fit alright using the crx brackets, im not positivethough. check out www.4thgenerationcivic.com and maybe ask this in the 4th gen civic/crx forum, you will get some answers there

I can tell you right now that the del sol seats will not bolt right into certain year cars. the seat tracks from 88-89 are different than the 90-91s.

I don't know of any car that they bolt right into. the 92-95 civics you have to swap rails and then your perfectly fine. But when I tried to put my 93 civic seats into my brothers 91 hatch the hatch seats were too wide. So I'm not sure how your going to fit del sol seats in there.
These are del sol seats that are in my 5th gen civic coupe.

88-91 prelude seats are the best seats for a custom swap. they are very comfortable ( i own 89 si 4ws prelude) and they hold you in like crazy. everyone used prelude seats because of that, i see alot of 70-72 Nova's that use lude seats. give em a try, im sure ull like em.
