Preload spacers

Okay they are for RC cars, but would building some for my real car be a good idea?

Use a spring compressor (or a BFH) and they would be easy to install and add some adjustability to regular springs. Example: I want eibach sportlines, but I want to corner balance my car, enter preload spacers.
