I got my acceptance letter for Miami University today. It's gonna be a whrilwind around here...I've gotta be on campus by January 5. between now and then i need to:
Figure out where I'm living.
Deal with the car situation. (Freshman can't have a vehicle on campus unless they live off campus)
pay for it.
get all the college shots. (measles blood test, MMR, meningitis)
buy pencils.
but an awesome new backpack.
learn to wake up before 3 in the afternoon.
Get a job in Ox. (it's a rich campus so most of the kids live off of mommy and daddy, thus- a college town with a very small workforce. It should be easy.)
Figure out what I'm going to do with Foxy. She's old so I can't just leave her to die with mom :-P

I'm not a big partier. I'm all for good times with friends, but big wild parties that leave people passed out in the yard just isn't my thing. I'll be living it up though, that much is certain.

For now ... but trust me ... you will have a couple of "WTF did I do last night?" parties !!! You can't resist !!!!

But you will have o'ton of fun ... and do, because this is the only time you can do this. After you graduate you will get a job and never have the opportunity again... like you do now !!!!

LOL...I"m 22 years old...my "WTF did i do" parties are behind me. Look up my 21st birthday thread sometime, if it's still around. I woke up in a different TOWN. It literally took me 2 days to track down my friends, my car, and find my way home.

Congrats man. I'm waiting on my acceptance/rejection letter from this school Elmira college in NY. Allready got turned down by 2 other schools so hoping that 3rd time's the charm. Wild and crazy parties? I think not, those have a lot to do with me not being in school right now. Good luck. Peace-
