Should I get this???

Would a Garrett T3/4 turbo work well with my car? How much boost could i run safely on my stock internals (keeping in mind i only have 26k miles on my car) and how much hp could i realistically look to gain from this? Thanx alot.

I'm not 100%, but I am pretty sure that with the proper exhaust manifold and other plumbing (down pipe, etc.), a Garrett T3/4 will be just fine with your engine. Ideally I'd want to have 40K miles on a factory engine before going forced induction, but 26K is a lot better than 10K, so I'd say you can go for it. You can handle 6 psi without much drama; if you want to push it up to 8 or 9 psi on factory internals, you should make sure you get some dyno tuning to make sure everything is running as it should be (and pay attention to the little details like the proper spark plugs, timing adjustments, and of course octane), and you should not hit it too hard too often (use your judgment). As for horsepower, figure 10 or 11 horsepower per psi of boost, or 12 if you get lucky. It also depends on whether you build everything else right around the turbo: at 6 psi, you can probably get away with stock everything, but as you increase your power, you'll need bigger exhaust plumbing, a higher flow capacity intake element, eventually a bigger intake manifold, etc.
